GuardShack Products will accept returns of standard product for up to (90) days from the date of original purchase. Custom Cages are nonrefundable.
All items are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Any repair work required by Guardshack Products to return product to sellable condition may incur additional charges. All credits are good toward future purchases only, with no cash reimbursement.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, scheduling pickup arrangements, and any damages incurred during transport unless other arrangements have been made.
Please ensure that all hardware is securely attached to enclosure before returning unit(s). Missing hardware will result in a reduction of credit

Return goods with a copy of your RGA to expedite matters. Repackage goods as carefully as possible to avoid damaging the unit or scratching the powdercoat. If original packaging is not available, place item in box with sufficient packaging (FedEx and UPS recommend at least 2 inches of packing on all sides of an item). If item is too large for a box, foam and pad in a manner similar to how it arrived so as to avoid damage during transit.
